    • Our standard program: is $50 per month and $300 per closed transaction / side.

    • We don’t upsell any of our products or services including our basic website, contract software, or lead generation systems, they are all part of our agent program. We don't charge a franchise fee or marketing fee on any transactions.
       

  • Commission Control

    • Agents are free to determine how to charge their clients without broker involvement.
       

  • Lead Generation / Referral Network

    • We have many lead generation techniques provided at no additional charge.
       

  • Direct Broker Access

    • Our Broker Hotline rings all managing brokers so agents can talk to a manager when needed.
       

  • Payday Hurdles

    • Using a CDA our agents are paid at the closing table, no need to bring the check or the file to the office in order to get your commission check.
       

  • Available Technology

    • Website with IDX, 800 Call Capture, CRM, eNewsletter, Contracts with eSignature, Transaction Management System, Centralized Showings, and much more.
       

  • Board Requirements

    • Join a board or not, it’s up to you. This is not mandated by the company (MLS Access DOES NOT require board membership).
       

  • Office Locations

    • Multiple agent work centers offer agents what they need when and where they need it, without the monthly overhead of monthly office fees. current offices: North Metro Denver, South Metro Denver, Northern Colorado, and Colorado Springs.
